PRICING

Please email bainesbuilt@hotmail.com for a quote. Include as much information as possible, including photos, size of the space, and what you're project goals are. You will be quoted a flat fee for visualization services based on an estimate of hours to complete your project, and an additional $75/hour for material/product selections.

TO GET STARTED, I WILL NEED

1. Payment + signed Client Services Agreement

2. After payment has been received, I will send you a Design Questionnaire, and ask for you to send Current Photos, Inspiration Photos and Measurements.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of first design concept and be able to communicate promptly by email  throughout the design process.
